TECHNICAL WRITING
This is a collection of reports and research papers which taught me the intricacies of technical writing, in terms of maintaining a clear, organizational structure and concise language and writing. I also learnt how to create a document, while keeping in mind a targeted audience and conducting thorough and credible research.
This paper explores how affordable-housing policies have shaped urban development in Atlanta, Georgia, between 2010 and 2024. Using a mixed-methods design, the study first builds a tract-level panel that pairs American Community Survey rent-burden data with Eviction Lab filings, residential building-permit values, and policy exposures such as LIHTCs, Tax Allocation Districts, and inclusionary-zoning (IZ) overlays.
